Electronic Livescan Fingerprinting
The livescan machine has replaced the traditional method of using ink and the FD-258 cards. The entire process takes only 5 to 10 minutes. Using the latest technology a trained and certified technician will "roll" (capture) your fingerprints electronically and submit them to the California-DOJ before you even walk out the door. As a result this drastically reduces the turn around time on your end.

- Request for Live Scan Form - which should be acquired from whoever is requesting your livescan.
- A valid form of government-issued photo ID - State DL or ID Card, US Passport, Green Card (Expired IDs will not be accepted)
CA-DOJ Record Review
Access to criminal records are restricted to law enforcement agencies and authorized requesting agencies. However, you are entitled to request a copy of your Criminal History Record to review it for accuracy. The results will be mailed to your within 7-10 days.
FBI Record Review
Before, in order to obtain a copy of your FBI Criminal Record, it was required that you get your prints taken using the ink and card method and submit them along with a money order and a written request through the mail. The results would arrive in about 4 to 6 weeks, we are now able to provide you with a service that allows you to pay for and access your FBI records online within 24-48 hours of submitting your prints.
